Returns and Repairs


Returns are accepted up to 7 days from date of delivery, in their original condition and packaging. If returned under these conditions, you may exchange your order for another piece, or receive a full refund on your order. Refunds are accepted on items that have been lost, altered, worn or damaged. Custom pieces and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 


If you'd like to purchase an order for single earring, please feel free to contact us at epicene - we will be happy to make your pair whole again! We will send you an invoice for payment of a half-pair, and (if applicable/desired) any repair work needed on the single.  All of our earrings are made to match, so we will need to barrow your single while creating its new partner. 


All EPICENE pieces are carefully hand crafted, and will last for years if properly cared for. If you believe you've received a piece that is defective, please email We will provide reasonable repairs for merchandise that is bought from our online store, pop-ups or markets, or authorized retailers with proof of receipt, up to 3 months from date of purchase. Repairs are available for damage that occurs from normal wear and tear, and are evaluated on a case by case basis. Repairs outside of the 3 month window will be accepted on the same conditions, with a small charge to cover the cost of the repair. Please don't hesitate to contact with any questions or concerns.
